ARENAS BOUTIQUE- RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your Arenas Boutique purchase. If something doesn't  work out, eligible items may be returned for store credit only. 

RETURN WINDOW

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. 

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with all original tags attached. Items showing  sign of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, pet hair, damage, or alteration will not be accepted. 

STORE CREDIT ONLY

Approved returns will be issued as Arenas Boutique store credit. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment for eligible returns. 

Store credit will be issued only after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by Arenas Boutique. 

Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued. 

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Arenas Boutique is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Clearance and final sale merchandise; bodysuits; swimwear; jewelry; accessories; home decor and lifestyle items. 

Items purchased with a promotion or discount may also be designated as Final Sale when clearly stated at the time of purchase. 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery/ If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact Arenas Boutique as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right. 

When the error is ours or an item arrives damaged or defective, Arenas Boutique will provide instructions and cover applicable return shipping costs. 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, please email everydayarenas@gmail.com within 7 days of the date your order is marked as delivered. Please include your order number, full name, and the item(s) you would like to return. 

Returns must be approved before being shipped back to Arenas Boutique. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. 

Once you return is received and inspected eligible returns will be issued as store credit only. Instructions for accessing and using your store credit will be provide once the return has been approved.
